best design for home and commercial coffee shops

I bought this Espresso Maker and it has been under a heavy, commercial use for about two weeks. The equipment is, so far, faultless, makes a superb variety of coffees, very well made, great design, PID and looks like heaven. The most important thing to mention, beyond the above and being about three times less money than common alternatives is this: When I had a technical question – IT WAS DEALT WITH IMMEDIATELY, BY A WELL SPOKEN, PROFITENED IN ENGLISH LADY, WITH ENGENIER’S PARTICIPATION AND EVEN A VIDEO, TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND BETTER! All-in-all, it is a very satisfying process, fantastic value for money and I have no hesitation to recommend this company to anybody. WELL DONE CAROL, YOU ARE A SHINING STAR!!!
